A few things to know.

Clear answers before you take your next step.

Still have a question?
Do I need an account to apply?

You can browse the jobs board first. To apply, sign in and complete your job-seeker profile. The application flow prompts you if either step is missing.

Can I use a different CV for each application?

The Permworks application form lets you use your saved CV or upload a new one. Choose the version that is most relevant to the role and check it before submitting.

Why does an application open another website?

Some employers use their own application system. Follow the link from the listing and finish the application on that website. Opening the link alone does not submit an application.

Where can I find jobs I have applied for?

Open your dashboard and select Applied jobs to review applications submitted through Permworks. For external applications, use the confirmation and tracking instructions provided by the employer.

When will an employer respond?

Review times vary and a reply is not guaranteed. Keep your contact details current, check messages regularly and continue exploring other suitable roles while you wait.
